Am I a candidate for LASIK surgery?

 
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Your vision/prescription has been stable for at least one year
• Your eyes should be otherwise healthy
• The cornea must have sufficient thickness
• You should have no evidence of collagen vascular or autoimmune disease
   (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc)
• You should not be pregnant or nursing
• You should not have a recent history of herpes infection of the eye
